Nut butter: 40g
Canned or cooked beans (drained): 145g
MOYU mix: 1 pouch 40g
Sweetener options: dried fruits (dates, raisins, goji) or pure Monkfruit / Allulose
Optional: Sugar-free chocolate chips; a pinch of salt on the cookie top


Dried fruits like date, rasin, goji, can add texture and sweetness to the cookie. (blend together before bake) OR, we recommend pure Monkfruit, Allulose as low GI low calorie sweeteners for low carb diet. You could add chocolate chips too (find the ones without added sugar)




Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Mash or blend drained 145g beans into a fine paste.

Step 3

Combine 40g MOYU mix and all ingredients thoroughly using a spatula or mixer.

Step 4

Scoop or weigh about 23g of batter and shape into rounds on parchment paper.

Step 5

Bake for 17-20 minutes until done (35-40 minutes for a firmer texture).
