WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? HOW MANY DAYS IT WILL TAKE?
We ship out every Monday & Tuesday. If you place the order later than Tue 12pm, we will ship in the following week. We only do UPS 1day & 2days shipping, you can choose the speed during checkout.
DO YOU OFFER NATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we ship to all states in US mainland
WHAT YOUR SHIPPING CONDITION? WHAT IF THE WEATHER AND MY CITY IS HOT?
We only do UPS 1-2day shipping. Regular package for areas below 60 degrees, and COLD package with ice packs for areas above 60 degrees.
We monitor weather and temperature carefully when shipping. We highly recommend you to keep your eye out for your deliveries, and put them into the fridge as soon as MOYU is delivered.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED? CAN I TRACK THEM?
You’ll receive the order confirmation email immediately when you place the order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your orders are shipped (MON/TUE). Please check your spam if you don’t see our emails.
CAN I SEND A GIFT DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE?
Yes! We do not include pricing on our packing slips so you can send all of our products directly to loved ones as gifts! You can add a gift card to your purchase at the checkout.
BUT PLEASE LET THEM KNOW a Perishable gift is arriving!!!
I SENT MY ORDER AS A GIFT AND THE RECIPIENT WAS NOT AVAILABLE OR DIDN’T OPEN THE PACKAGE IN TIME
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING THE RECIPIENTS THAT A PERISHABLE ITEM IS ON THE WAY, AND FOR CONFIRMING THAT THEY ARE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO NOTIFY THEM BY BY OPTING IN TO SHIPPING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS AT CHECKOUT, AND PROVIDING THE RECIPIENT'S PHONE NUMBER FOR DELIVERY QUESTIONS. MOYU IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES REPORTED DAMAGED DUE TO A DELAY IN OPENING AND PROPERLY STORING THE PACKAGE’S CONTENTS UPON DELIVERY.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please contact us (order@eatmoyu.com) if there are any issues with your order. Your MOYU experience is incredibly important to us, we will do our best to resolve any issues to the best of our ability, but since cakes are perishable, please notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
HOW DO I MODIFY or CANCEL MY ORDER, or CHANGE ADDRESS?
PLEASE TRY TO CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at order@eatmoyu.com, we will do our best to accommodate any changes you need to make to the order.
We are not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses entered by the user. We hope you understand!
CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER FOR CORPORATE GIFTING
Absolutely! For bulk orders (which we can either send to one location or out to individual recipients on your behalf) email order@eatmoyu.com with your approximate quantities and we will get back to you with a quote.
